Upper left back pain
From 1week it was paining like hell on upper left back side using pain killer tablets but no use when it pains automatically my throat was paining i can't even drink or eat like that then litl.bit fever was experienced . I tested covid19 but results was not yet.can you suggest what to do

Take xray + report of covid.  Till then take tab oxalgin m r + apply analgesic oint  + longes + salt gargling if no relief contact someone or me as spiritual dr.
