Upper back right side pain.
Iam experiencing severe upper back right side & right shoulder blade pain from 3 months, no injury, no numbness, normal bowel movement, able to lift hand, no neck pain. No rest pain. Done physiotherapy, hot water treatment,used violini, used vitamin d tablet but no improvement. Please suggest some tests. If MRI which MRI I have to take neck or spine.What would be the reason for this type of pain. Done ultrasound reports are normal.currently taking diabetics & b.p medicines also pantocid 80 mg for antal gastritis , suffered gastritis before 2 months took ganaton total for 6 weeks, still feeling burning like sensation in stomach.please check my x ray pics.

MRI of cervical region to be done. Wear a soft collar belt. Avoid jerks while travelling.

Cervical Spondylosis is common in elderly and diabetic because of osteoporosis. Taking anatcid like pantocid 80mg can also aggrevates osteoporosis. Diabetic patient also suffer from radiculo myeolopathathy i.e. nerves damage.
