Upper back pain when work
Hi I get a sever b a k pain specially when I m working. I start fine but after couple of hrs my upper back started paining. It's below the shoulder.plz help

hello there. this happens because you stay sedentary for a long time. you should take frequent break and do some stretching exercises. if it still persists, consult a orthopedician. regards
