HELLO, VOLINI GEL OR SPRAY LOCALLY APPLY. TABLET TRAMADOL TWO TIMES A DAY FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. PHYSIOTHERAPY CONSULT AN ORTHOPEDICIAN. O.K BYE.
