Upper back pain

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Hi All, I have been sitting in a bad posture for a while for hours to work and iam on diet to reduce my weight for the past one month . I have upper back pain , the pain mostly on left side , sometimes on right too. It's been like 10 days. The pain is bearable, but iam confused whether it is due to back pain or muscular pain or kidney pain. Kindly help me out with which doctor should I approach . Iam attaching my latest blood work report. Thanks Venkatesh
