Lower Back pain
Hi, I do gym and fitness regularly and  last month I have started taking whey protein with water (Only one/half scoop after workout) and from past few days I am observing  lower back pain. I am confused is it  because of protein or due to some uncomfortable posture of sitting  while working in office. Although I have stopped taking it from last two weeks still pain is there.
