Upper back pain after long sleep
After long sleep he complains of an upper back pain ...that slowly subsides till it becomes localised at a certain point... N by end of the day its gone... Could it b lung or respiratory issue??

Please It seems to be musculoskeletal pain due spondylitic changes in cervical spine It is aggravated by wrong sleeping posture, heighted pillow etc Take Tab hifenac TH 10 1 1 Tab pantop 5 1 Tab neurobion forte 10 1 1 Later on... Do neck, back and shoulders exercises daily If possible do yogasanas and pranayam daily Take dates beet root jaggery green leafy vegetables regularly Take osteon to D by sandu pharma 2 2 for 3 mths Lohasav 10 ml Twice a day for 3 months Reconsult if needed
