I have been suffering from upper back pain (left side) from past one and half month, i have consulted orthopedists, and general medicine doctors but their treatment not working. even if cloth touch that area it will pain. i tried pain killers prescribed by doctors and Pain relief Gel, Pain relief sprays,hot water bag,ice bag,physio therapy also.
