My upper Arm is very very saggy Skin.. I don't want to go with surgery but I want some remedy for the same. I am so worried with this. Please help out. Thanks.

You have to do exercise specifically for the Triceps muscles. It doesn't mean that you should not do exercise for other muscles. I mean to say that most of the people miss to do triceps exercise.
One good exercise is to take a weight of 2 kg (like हनुमान जी की गदा) in your hand and rotate your shoulder joint.
