Saggy stomach post pregenency belly
I have thyroid, gastro issue and have two kids both are cesareans, last was 4yrs 9months ago. And ever since I have lost alot of weight and my body has become very very saggy and gets very painful down in my stitches. I do regular workouts at home for 30-45mins daily. But doesn't help have been doing it since a year it's kept me active but nothing works on my saggy skin. I want a good immediate result. Any suggestion apart from lipo I don't wna go with more surgeries. 🙁🙁🙁🙁 non surgical way tk tighten my skin and loose the fat. Please suggest.

You have to concentrate on some muscle groups. For sagging abdominal wall you have to concentrate on abdominal muscles. In addition you have to look after back muscles. I suggest you join a Gym for 1-2 months. You tell them what you want so that they also concentrate on the same groups of muscles. After you have learnt their techniques you should start the same schedule at home. I want to add that the key word is regularity and perseverance. Never expect immediate results.
