Upper abdomen pain

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have a upper abdomen pain heart burn sensation, pain left side chest is pain like a little bit. Don't know y pls suggest me. I have a gastric problem since 1year.. If I take a tablet for 1month there will be no pain for 2month.. Afterwards again same issue pls suggest me.. I was don't know what to do.. Pls help us..

Probably your Gastritis gerd are not getting normalised. Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc. Further treatment may be needed. H pylori tests may be needed. Endoscopy or other appropriate tests may be needed.
