Unwanted pregnancy

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I am missing on my periods and today morning when I checked on a pregnancy kit it showed positive. Although I took a contraceptive pill within 24 hours of having unprotected inter course. It's been a month that I have missed my periods. What do I do? And how do I get aborted? Please help.
