Untimely Period. Seek medical attention?

Hello doctor, I got my period on 8th–9th August. On the first day, the bleeding was normal, but it gradually decreased and completely stopped by 11th August. However, today, on 18th August, I started bleeding again. The blood is bright red and appears to be fresh blood, and the bleeding seems heavier than my previous period. Along with the bleeding, I am experiencing unbearable leg pain and severe dizziness, which I have never experienced before. I am concerned because I already had my period earlier this month, so I would like to understand why I am bleeding again after only a week and why the symptoms are more severe this time. I have not been intimate for more than two months. During this period, I have had my menstrual cycles normally and on time. Could you please help me understand what might be causing this unexpected bleeding and whether I should seek medical attention?
