Is it normal to cry even at the slightest stimulus or sad or angry conversation. I feel a lot of unrest , anxiety and feel as my courage has left me to do certain things . I am indecisive , unable to collect my thoughts in a productive manner and feel that I am depressed . Maybe I am wrong but I can't reach any other conclusion. I myself am an oral surgeon and it has affected my self confidence and hampers my life. Please provide me with some guidance on this matter.
