Unstable and confused state
My mother started hallucinating and would say there is some bug and everyone is trying to pull her morale down by publishing something about her in the social media and someone keeps repeating what we talk. I don't understand how all of a sudden she got this attitude after retirement

It's not attitude. Please get her checked by a psychiatrist who can give medication to correct the Imbalance .... Offer support at home so she doesn't feel lonely. Cognitive Behavior therapy can also work in combination with medication.
