Unprotected Oral Sex
Hello Doctors! I had this encounter back on 12th March 2024 while I was in Singapore. I received blow job from a prostitute without condom and she asked me to lick her vagina which I did under the influence of alcohol. We had sex but I was wearing condom and washed myself completely before removing condom and later in morning I realised I had one ulcer under lower lip from the previous morning. What are odds of contracting HIV or any other life threatening disease. The lady gently confirmed lot more times that she is clean from such diseases since they get themselves tested in every 4 months. Adding to this I got small cut on lower lip on 15th March when I landed India back and it got little swelling as I pressed it from two sides and blood came out of it. Please help.

Highly unlikely. Its extremely rare to get HIV from such exposure. You might have got a bacterial infection but HIV chances are negligible.

Consult if you wish to discuss it in detail.
