My sister is having pain in upper side around breast and lower back. She had consulted in past regarding this and doctor had a session with her motivated her, she was as feeling well after that session. we had consulted with another doctor regarding this (day before yesterday) but he was not able to locate the exact problem and suggested us to contact heart specialist, however she is not having any ache around her heart. She is not on medication as of now, please look into this.

If she previously improved on councelling session, she seems to have these symptoms of psychological origin.
However you can consult a cardiologist to rule out cardiac causes, as has been advised by your doctor
