Sometimes a grain like thing comes out from my mouth and when I smell it it smells horrible whose explanation I can't give and it disintegrates on pressing...it has happened to me several times in the past...I don't know the reason behind...Is it a gastro problem...Plz reply...Hoping to get a reply at the earliest...

They come from the crypts of the tonsils.
They are completely harmless although they can be a cause of bad breath.
