Mouth smell issue

Hello Doctor, I always feel my mouth is like smelling or similar feel like when I wake up in the morning. After brushing it's gone for sometime and again I feel my mouth like just wake-up in the morning. It's more when I use mask for longer time like 30 minutes or more. What could be the reason? I'm not facing any serious health issue but is this stage cause any problem ?

It could be due to H Pylori infection. Try capsule Omeprazole -20 once daily morning, Capsule Amoxicillin-250 mg thrice daily , Tablet Clarithromycin-250 mg thrice daily for 1 week. Mouth gargling thrice daily.
