Unknow bump on my grandmother leg
After the treatment with antibiotic I see some spots on my grandmother leg it is no painful but there are 4 spots on the leg is it serious or normal please suggest

From the photo it appears to be a blister. But a more detailed history inuding if she is feeling pain, if the skin there is red, etc and more clinical images is required to make the right diagnosis. Please take an fine consultation so that the right diagnosis is made and treatment plan advised.
