Unilateral tonsil enlarged
22 female, having frequent episodes of sore throat. Notices difference in size of tonsils 1.5 years ago, right tonsil slightly larger. Caught a cold 3 days back, since then notices a white spot on right tonsil and have feeling of something caught in the back of throat. One cervical lymph node palpable on right side. Med student & smoker since 1 year ( 1 cigarette per day)
