Phone addiction and a general dissatisfaction with one's lifestyle are common issues in today's digital age. As a therapist, I want to provide you with psychoeducation on these concerns. Phone addiction, characterized by excessive and compulsive use of smartphones, can lead to negative consequences such as decreased productivity, social isolation, and emotional distress. It's important to recognize the impact it has on your well-being and relationships. General dissatisfaction with lifestyle may stem from a misalignment between your values, goals, and daily activities. Exploring your values and priorities can help you make intentional changes. Developing healthier habits around phone use, setting boundaries, and engaging in activities that bring fulfillment can foster a more balanced and satisfying lifestyle. Seeking support from a therapist can provide guidance and strategies to overcome phone addiction and enhance overall life satisfaction. Remember, change is possible, and with awareness and commitment, you can create a healthier relationship with technology and find greater fulfillment in your everyday life.

Thank you for reaching out for a consultation. I'm here to help you with your concerns. Based on what you've shared, it seems like you're experiencing some lifestyle-related issues that are affecting your mental well-being. It's common for excessive phone use, lack of physical activity, and high levels of anxiety to contribute to feelings of depression.
To address your concerns and provide you with appropriate guidance, I recommend booking an appointment with a healthcare professional, such as a mental health counsellor or therapist. They will be able to provide you with personalized support and develop strategies to help you improve your lifestyle and manage your anxiety and depression.
Additionally, I encourage you to consider making some positive changes in your daily routine. Incorporating physical activity into your day, even if it's just starting with a short walk or workout session, can have significant benefits for both your physical and mental health. Establishing a healthier relationship with your phone by setting boundaries and allocating specific screen-free times before bed can also help improve your sleep quality.
Remember, seeking professional help is important, as they can provide tailored advice and strategies for your specific situation. If you have any further questions or need assistance finding a healthcare professional in Bangalore or Tele consultation with me, feel free to let me know.

Hi
For how many hours are you on the phone? You are feeling anxious about so many things and it seems like you are using your phone as a coping mechanism to feel calm. To feel calm you can make certain changes to your lifestyle such as reduce screen time and engage in physical activity.
I suggest you consult a psychologist for counselling sessions. With a psychologist you can talk about what is making you feel anxious and depressed. You can also talk about the number of hours you spend on your phone. A psychologist will guide you on ways to manage anxiety and feel calm. A psychologist will also guide you on how you can make lifestyle changes and reduce screen time.
You can gradually work on making changes to your lifestyle. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself.

Hi.. Yes, poor lifestyle, excessive screen time (including mobile), eradicate sleep/meals cycle, lack of physical activity/exercise, poor social/interpersonal environment, etc. may all contribute to issues like anxiety and depression. And when addressed adequately, may help recover from such issues more effectively. But saying that these issues have caused anxiety and depression will not be wise. Instead, these are more like signs and symptoms of an underlying condition. You need to consult a Psychologist or a Psychiatrist to receive a proper assessment and treatment.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist.
CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
Consult a Psychiatrist for a Medical Diagnosis.
