Unhappy,sorrow,tension

Asked for Female, 58 Years

Hi, My mom from last month she is not feeling well. She is telling some deep in the corner some unhappiness some tension is there but she don't know what is the real issue. Even now a days I noticed she has started taking tension for small small things like household work,cleaning etc. Kindly suggest how to go forward or else some immediate action is required.

Great dear, good that you were able to observe her so closely and find some solutions for her. Please do consult a Family Counsellor in your city . There cld be lot of reasons behind her stress which would come only out of discussion with whom she feels that rhey are ready to listen to her unconditionally.
