Uneven skin tone

I started to use glaya koj after using melacare on my face. It's been 2 years now. I have a dark forehead. I stopped using it but it led to skin darkening and now my forehead is dark so i continued again. I used glaya koj for fairness. Can i continue using glaya koj? And can u suggest a cream for my forehead. If u can't use glaya koj can u suggest an alternative too.
