Uneven skin tone darkspot

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have uneven skin tone and.darkspots on face. I had consulted with a doctor which prescribes following medicion 1. Niltan spf 25 of Dr. Reddy 2. Epishine face wash 3. Carebet-m plus 4. Caroxid tablet Is it ok treatment? How much time it will take to show up results? I m taking treatment from last 20 days but till now no visible result.
