Mr 20 year old student. I empathise given your situation which were about 12-15 words. Buddy Practo will not solve this for your magically. Consult a good psychologist given your symptoms. Explain clearly. And you would be able seek better clarity on being able to see how to deal with your condition. Reach out first. Therapy is not something easy to begin with. First of all you need to understand it’s not a non acceptable socio symptom you are dealing with. It’s common to feel this way and seeking help is nothing that should be overplaying in your mind. Open up a little more. You need to confide to someone who you can think can help you. There are a bunch of great therapists and psychologists in Practo. Here are the things that you must know 1) Every individual is unique 2) No 2 people have the exact same DNA composition. Thus make each one of us special and different 3) Why are disabled people renamed as individuals with special abilities because research has proven that they do have hidden abilities which make them more capable and hence they can’t be called disabled. 4) knowing your special abilities and utilising them for your benefits will help you stand out and ahead of the competition. 5) it’s not just important to recognise your special abilities but also to cherish the fact that everyone don’t have it 6) This thought of being blessed with special features makes you feel like a super man in disguise
