Hello This could be due to some foreign body in eye I would recommend you to consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done

There might be dryness or some foreign body. Please put lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily and if the problem persists then consult an ophthalmologist nearby.
