I am facing this problem of undigested food ( specially high fiber foods and vegetables with seeds like bhindi, brinjal, jackfruit,) in my stool and gas, bloating from past 3 years.
This problem has started after I got
pregnant and my pregnancy totally changed my digestive system. Firstly my doctor told that it will go away after delivery but it has worsened in these 3 years after delivery. If i forcefully eat bhindi or any other high fiber food like beetroot, watermelon 🍉 or even cucumber. I feel bloating after sometime and stomach ache starts. Then this bloating triggers my migraine and i suffer for 3-4 days due to this. I can't digest most of the foods now so I am left with only lauki and tori type sabzi. I eat only homemade food no junk food also.
What should I do now. My HB has also dropped this time 10.2. before it was always 13-15 range. Please advise
