A detailed case history will be needed so as to rule out any stress factor or maintaining cause of your complaints. Do you have past history of typhoid infection? Homoeopathic medicines can definitely aid you in this case. Kindly consult in private for further queries.

It is important to see how this all started. Low Vit D can cause all this. Second possibility is that you are not eating enough due to poor appetite or other reason. Third possibility is this all started with some stress leading to depression and poor blood circulation. One possibility though not very common is this being due to body thermoregulation. Detailed history will be able to help in teaching conclusion.

Sir as of now all tests are wnl except vit d .Low levels(levels are moderately low) of vit d can make you feel cold or lethargic and fatigued and depressed as well.Would suggest foods rich in vit d and Vit d 3 60k tab once a week for 4 weeks and revert back with your status. Also homoeopathy will gelp you to maintain your gut in a healthy manner .Contact through practo for further guidance.
