This report means Testis has not places properly and placed higher up than normal position.

We can wait for few more months but after that if it remains same we will have to operate it. Its the only gold standard treatment of choice.

What is the age of the child?
If it is an infant less then 6 months, better to wait, chances are that it may descend eventually.. If more than 1-1/2 year, most likely he will require surgery.
