Underweight

I'm 5'8" tall and 50 kg at present. I feel low in confidence at presenting myself in front of people due to my lean and thin body. Please give your suggestions.

Hi protein rich food like soya , cereals , pulses , egg , meat would build up muscle mass . and regular exercise would keep you fit . not to go for oily cheesy junk foods aas it results in unhealthy weight gain.
