What is your height and what is your weight? To clear your doubt I should know whether in haelthy. BMI or not.Only eating does not help you, eating healthy and nutritious diet will help you to keep it.Diet should include good amount of carbohydrates,High proteins like milk & milk products like cheese,paneer.,beans,all types of dals,soya, oats,non veg. like egg white,chicken,& fish. Less amounts of fatty foods like oils,ghee,butter,cream,redmeat, Avoid junk foods.Eat lots of vegetables,fruits,green salads. Gaining or loosing weight is because mainly not eating in time.So eat in regular intervals of 2 hrs like eating salads & fruits in between breakfast and lunch.And sprouts,murmuras,poha,cornflakes,etc. as evening snacks.Consume good amount of water at least 1 1/2. to 2 lts..Have nuts like peanuts,badam,pista,walnuts,figs.etc.
Along with diet, exercise regularly for at least 45 min.Do some pull ups,weight lifting,cycling
