Good morning Doctors, From last two yrs, My under eye is always have swelling. Please go through with attachment for pictures. Some time it disappears , but mostly it is always there. So, please let me know if there is something problem or normal??

Based on the picture you have shared and the history you have given, it looks like you have under eye bags, though at your age these are not common. The probable reason could be hereditary (someone in your life may have had similar issue at same age), inherent tendency of your eyes to develop these bags. The other reasons could be water retention tendency in your body.
