Greetings Dark circle and under wye hollowness is common problem in Indian skin cos of face structure and sun exposure . Choice of treatment depends upon skin type, intensity of pigmentation in under eye area, hollowness etc. Dermal fillers in under eye area gives good result by hydration, reducing hollowness , improving skin structure , reducing concave curvature for removing shadow effect . Peel and lasers won't be effective for reducing pigmentation n wrinkles. Meanwhile, take care of following points: 1. Increase water intake 2. Strict sun protection 3.apply sunscreen regularly Better to consult a doctor in person to guide regarding treatment options

Thanks for the query. This is a common condition and is an urban life style related problem. The dark circle around the eyes at your age is unusual and could indicate an insulin resistance. Skin is the mirror of internal health and to get a perfect skin you need to treat both ways - internally and externally. See a Dermatologist who will recommend a product for reducing puffiness and darkness and will advocate the correct method to use it. Avoid rubbing the eyes as it will increase pigmentation. Your Dermatologist may request a few blood tests to understand the blood chemistry and treat them specifically. Now-a-days many chemical peels also offers realistic promise- like glycolic acid and lactic acid peels. Dermapen in combination with mesotherapy also helps. Fillers are good for giving a fuller look and that will decrease pigmentation to a extent but they are temporary and need to be repeated at predetermined intervals based on which fillers are injected. I would suggest a no to fillers for you.
Next Steps
Your dermatologist will decide a treatment plan for you after a consultation.
Health Tips
Apart from active pharmaceutical medicines, a healthy diet and lifestyle is mandatory to achieve results.
