Under eye bags
I have dark circles with under eye bags. My daily routine has a lot of computer usage, sometimes when I keep my eyes open there is mild headache in the rear, which goes away when I close my eyes. I'm a non vegetarian. Normally my sleep routine is 6 to 7 hours a day on average.

You are suffering from dryness (computer Vision syndrome )due to overuse of smartphone ,computer& watching TV for long time without blinking, you should first consult ophthmologist for refraction &if any refractive error ,you should use antiglare eyeglasses & if no retractive error ,use zero power antiglare glass. You should also use lubricating eye drops (Refresh liquigel) 4-5 times regularly &,try to have normal blinking while working on smartphone &computer.
