I use to clean myself as possible as i can. But when i sweat in under arms smell out badly. Can it be removed permanently by any medicine.

Take bath regularly with antiseptic soap and apply antibacterial cream containing erythromycin or clindamycin along with apply a good antiperspirant lotion. Increase water intake greenleafy vegetables n fruits in your daily diet. Minimise oily n spicy foods.
