Under arm pain. Know what i should do?

I had a tiny tender painful under arm bump appear about a week ago. It came after not wearing deodorant of shaving for about two weeks and when I did both a day later this popped up. It was excruciating the first few days I had it. I iced and hot compressed for a few days and the swelling went way down and the symptoms went away almost fully and the bump went way down in size. a day ago I tried a different all natural deodorant again and woke up the next morning with super irritated itchy under arms this time on both sides but only still a tiny bump under one arm. I feel super swollen all over the whole area, and its triggering my bad anxiety which is making me feel way worse. I don't have a primary doctor again until I get in next month and I just want to know what I should do? any thing helps.
