Under a depression from 3 years
My friend has a girlfriend 3 years ago, but unfortunately the girl is married to another guy 3 years ago. From that time my friend is under a depression and anxiety. He don't do any work and don't even smile. He can only worry about past things, many time he tried to do suicide but we saved him. He only thinks about that girl and he think that he can't live without that girl.

Hey thanks for reaching out. I understand that your friend is really struggling to get over and move on from his past relationship. He needs to seek professional help. You my friend are already being supportive of him and that’s all you can do. Pls suggest and push him to seek personal guidance from a professional. Going through a heartbreak is one of the most devastating experiences for anyone and he is unable to accept this loss of his love interest. It’s not going to be easy but we need to collaboratively help him see what his life is worth. And that is definitely more than any relationship no matter how significant it is for someone.
