Good morning. You need to have aggressive control for sugar and lipids. Diet medicine and exercise will be essential. Please visit diabetics clinic at neared hospital and take insulin to bring down sugar level and then medication. Dietary control and walking 45 mts daily will be needed . You can consult online for further help
