Hi Diet modification is must. Prefer taking millets, apple, guava, papaya, green leafy vegetables. Exercise in the form of 30 min brisk walk atleast @ 6km/h for 5 days a week or atleast 8000-10000 steps per day. After proper control of diabetes, it may help in reducing protein in urine.
Next Steps
Hba1c, Fasting and Postprandial blood sugars. After these reports we can plan to add diabetic medications.
Health Tips
Proper control of diabetes in first first years will be helpful in preventing Kidney/Neurolgical/eye complications.
