She is under homeopath medicine for past 5 days...it was for cough and cold.. Recovery was 90 %... today she is uncomfortable and now in night can't sleep...

Give just steam inhalations and use decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
