I was in the batch and accidentally inhaled water through nose, now water seems to me in middle ear. I've heard of brain eating amoebas causing death from things like these, so I'm really worried.

Accidental inhalation of water can cause eustachian tube dysfunction which can cause blocking sensation in the ear. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days. You need not worry about brain as there is no direct communication between the ear and brain
