Unbearable pain in lower abdomen

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I ve been having a choclate cyst in my left ovary of size 6.2 × 7 cm . From last few week unbearable pain in lower abdomen pulpatation vometing fever weakness etc occur everyday for 5 to 6 hours.
