Hi,
I'm writing on behalf of my wife. We are married since 2+ years and unable to have Penetrative Sex. We have tried using lubrications and extended forplay etc but nothing seems to work. It's affecting both of us.
She's a virgin and she feels extreme pain we try it and have to back out of the act. Even a slight touch anywhere in that area she feels the pain.
Not sure what needs to be done for it so that we can atleast kick start our normal sex life.
Kindly help

It seems she is suffering from vaginismus. It may be because of the fear of pain of penetrative intercourse. For the treatment you have to consult Psychiatrist.
Hello, having this issue for more than 2 yrs seems frustrating.. Let me brief you about the situation.
Vaginismus is when muscle of women's vagina starts to squeeze when something starts entering it.
It may range to mild uncomfortable to quite painful .
The causes are unknown as such. But negative emotions towards sex, fear of pain from sex, anxiety can be considered.
I can suggest you to do kegel exercise-exercise- squeeze the vaginal muscle, hold it for 20secs then relax it. Do 20reps of the same.
For fear and anxiety counselling and therapy would be helpful.
You can also contact me on my private chat or directly on my clinic numbers.
We can send you the medicines by courier.
