Hello sir/mam,
I'm suffering from GAD and using medication for the same since 2 days
I'm unable to go out, not even for a walk.
If I step out of the house my heart is pounding and I feel like fainting. What should I do?
Will I get back to normal?
This is increasing my anxiety levels. Kindly advice.
