Unable to turn my neck

Asked for Male, 41 Years

I woke up 5 days ago with massive stiffness in my neck. Movement in my neck was reduced. Along with this there was pain on my back, on the left said below the shoulder blades. Now neck movement is severely reduced and is coupled with pain needing pain killers.
