Unable to swallow saliva normally

Asked for Male, 35 Years

Hi, My mom is experiencing lot of difficulty in swallowing saliva.. But somehow she is able to consume water and some semi solid foods. When she is standing or sitting she is getting lot of burps and uncontrollable burps.. But when she lies down the burps dont come... Please suggest.. What do we do to make things easier for her to be normal.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can ask her to take a tab. pantakind-D Twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days. If it still persists, we would need to examine her. So take her to a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management near you. Best regards.
