Unable to sleep at night
I am unable to sleep at night since last 2 days. When ever I try to sleep just before going to sleep something happens and I just wake up and stay up. After a few hours somehow if I manage to sleep, I get up with hallucinations. And going back to sleep again means a lot of hallucinating which again doesn't let me sleep. What should I do?

Hello....,lack of sleep from two days is not a medical problem...you might be disturbed from last two days .. You are worrying too much on something .. Don't go to bed with problems .. Relax .listen to music and meditate for some time ,then go to bed ... If it's persistent you have to consult doctor .
