Unable to see clearly
Hi, My relative is not able to see clearly. Doctor has advised for surgery where they will replace the lens. Please let us know what is the exact diagnosis and whether surgery is required for this. Attached is the prescription. Thanks

Your relative has been advised cataract surgery with intraocular lens implantation under topical anaesthesia. There is cataract causing blurred vision in both eyes, but it is more in the right eye. Therefore, the right eye has been advised surgery first.
