Unable to recognise and slow response
4,5 days he is completely fine... within last 4 days, he became mentally ill. Unable to recognise family and responding very slow. He using medication for heat surgery and went to lot of stress due covid restrictions .

He is 72 years old and taking antiplatlet for heart surgery. Such patients are more prone to devlop Brain bleeding. So Get CT head on urgent  basis.

Looks like he is on blood thinners for his heart surgery. Have to rule out bleeding in the brain.
